  • Operations: using this client experience to define the specifications of the interfaces composing the digital ecosystem, then advising and supporting clients in the management of calls for tender and the set-up of this strategy
  • Finance : reflecting on the usefulness of each existing component (example: mobile applications versus optimized mobile sites) and optimizing the spending allocation in regards to the cost of the service providers, as well as the cost of the technical solutions used.
